What you Need:
Contents of pouch of Dip mix, ½ cup (125 g/4 OZ) cream cheese, softened, ½ cup (125 g/4 OZ) freshly grated parmesan cheese, ½ cup (125 g/4 OZ) real mayonnaise, 1 can 398 ml (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped.
What to do:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). In a bowl, combine all ingredients (reserve 1 tbsp parmesan). Transfer to cast iron skillet. Top with reserved parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is golden on top.
Before using your cast iron skillet, make sure you wash it and season it correctly.
