What you Need:
– Chocolate Brownie Mix pouch
– 1 large egg
– 2 tbsp. (30ml) water
– 2 tbsp. (30ml) vegetable oil (or melted butter)
What to do:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour into pre-seasoned cast iron skillet and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve warm, directly from the skillet topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate or caramel dessert sauce to your liking. Less mess, just need 2-4 spoons and dig right in.
Before using your cast iron skillet, make sure you wash it and season it correctly.
