Suhey is a family owned business that produces small batch gourmet peppers, great on salads, eggs, veggies and sandwiches.  Just name it and it is probably good with it.

It come in hot, mild, and original on a scale of 1 to 10 the hot is a 7, the original is a 2 and mild is 3.

Suhey peppers are grown and harvested locally to kick start the production process. After being gently sliced, our peppers bask overnight in a carefully selected blend of spices. This overnight step, first discovered by Ginger Suhey, brings out the powerful flavor of each pepper. Add a hint of vinegar and the finest olive oil and the newest jar of Suhey Peppers is born.
